The thing is Inside Webmastering is already doing a good job with this exact kind of project. People starting out really need to focus as much as possible instead of starting multiple projects.

We do have group projects here but 90% of the members here are not at the beginner level.

But they are fairly easy to follow.  I'd never done an SEO site until the project and although I ended up not doing the tranny thing I have started an amateur seo site.  Not done yet but the advice and knowledge in the at forum is invaluable!

well im a noob as far as adult websites, but i have been a webmaster for 3 years now, and have read the tutorials here and the side projects and im fairly confident i can follow, is just that im lost as far as choosing niches and sponsors, and efficiently filtering down traffic.

The thing is I'd feel fairly confident designing a basic tutorial for blogging........but that's been done elsewhere. I'd feel fine doing something on SE pages but that's been done. I don't want to do a tutorial that's been covered already. Most of what I do biz-wise isn't that complicated.

We have the fake TGP project here and the SEO site project because we had an interest in them. But the people here right now are past the newb stage.

If there is a specific project/tutorial you'd like to see we'll try to work something out. You mentioned choosing niches and sponsors and filtering traffic. I'll start something on that this weekend and we'll see if we can get some responses.

WA members are welcome to post some tutorials here if they wish.

Could we get a linking tutorial,  for example someone starting their own blog network
use of feeders or free hosted blog?  using subdomains? or straight up top level domains?
and if some members use Links organizer,  how to properly using them.

Thank you

and how many sponsors do you recommend to use for 1 blog, how many sponsor should i target for my blog post or main part of the seo page.
how many sponsors do you recomend on sidebars ? do you link to tour page, sponsor gallery, your own gallery, tg2 gallery,
do you filter traffic only on sidebars or can we use tags, post?
this are general questions and I know they may have different answers but i think they are the hardest, because its the balance that brings the $
