Should I be asking more? It made $550 from one sponsor alone in the past year.  I don't even know if I can change it at this point...

If you want to sell it then you need to post up some traffic and income stats somewhere, and a place like Flippa would be a better place to sell than namecheap. (not sure of Flippa's adult policy though)

It is number one for it's keyword, and has site links, is decently aged and PR1 so it's worth something. I haven't checked the search volume but that would influence things. The fact that you say might have to rebuild the site (i.e suggests you cant provide the content) and "had" 900 uniques a day (i.e suggests not any more) would put a lot of people off.

In these days of dwindling ratios, Google craziness and lack of people wanting to buy adult sites I would expect no more than maybe 6 months income, and that's if income and traffic stats could be 100% proven.

If I were you I would keep it because I dont think you'd get more than $200 in the current marketplace considering the factors above.

I'm in agreement with Nottslad. I'm not seeing any sites go for more than they made in the last 4-6 months lately with very rare exceptions. If it's still making money, I'd keep it. It only needs 1 sale a year to pay for itself, no?

If you do decide to continue with the sale, I'd revise the sales copy to sound more positive and pointed.
